Compare two HDMI adapter-ring configurations

DL-AR1979 and DL-AR4005 each combine Mini DisplayPort and USB-C adapters with a cable-security clamp. Each is sold as one complete configuration with two signal-adapter leads.

USB-C sources must support DisplayPort Alternate Mode. Confirm the source, display resolution and HDMI cable type when selecting a configuration.

DL-AR4005 uses the manufacturer-identified 4K-capable AR-MDP4K-HDF Mini DisplayPort lead in place of DL-AR1979’s AR-MDPM-HDF. Confirm the complete HDMI path and required video mode.
