Shipping Policy

Shipping rates and services

Available shipping methods and calculated rates are shown at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, and available fulfillment location. Products may ship from RF-AV or directly from an authorized supplier, so separate items in one order may arrive in more than one shipment.

Availability and lead times

"In stock" means RF-AV has inventory allocated at its warehouse location. Other products may be vendor-available, cut to order, or built to order. Vendor availability can change before an order is processed.

Cut-to-order and vendor-direct items require stock confirmation and additional processing time. Products with part numbers beginning with DL-AR are generally built to order and typically require 5 to 7 business days before shipment. Some common configurations may be stocked.

If a project has a firm need-by date, call 800-239-0312 before ordering so RF-AV can confirm stock, processing time, and the most appropriate shipping service.

Expedited orders

For stocked items, orders using UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air must be received by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time (2:00 p.m. Eastern, 1:00 p.m. Central, 11:00 a.m. Pacific) to be eligible for same-business-day processing. Carrier delivery times begin after the order ships. Same-day shipment is not guaranteed until inventory and order details are confirmed.

International orders

RF-AV ships internationally where available. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please include the purchaser, final destination, and intended end use in the order notes. RF-AV may contact you for this information before shipment.

Tracking and delivery
