  • One line per item: exact SKU, quantity, unit of measure and individual length. For cable, state reel count or total footage, jacket rating and any continuous-cut requirement.
  • For adapters, include the source device/output, display/input, required video mode and existing DL-AR model if known.
  • Ship-to city/state/ZIP or supplier pickup preference; distinguish a required arrival date from a preferred date.
  • Say whether substitutions are allowed and identify any required manufacturer, origin, conformity or traceability document.
