The INT-USB3.1CX incorporates ExtremeUSB-C™ technology, enabling users to extend USB 3.1 beyond the standard 3m cable limit for USB 3.1 peripheral devices. This extender system is composed of two individual units, the Local Extender and the Remote Extender, and has the following key features:
- Up to 100m of extension when directly connected over CAT 6a/7 cable
- Support for new USB 3.1 Gen 1 host controllers and devices (up to 5 Gbps)
- Support for all device USB types
- Backwards compatible to USB 2.0 devices

Leverage your existing network infrastructure
The USB Extender features an Ethernet side channel that lets you use your existing network infrastructure without having to run additional dedicated cable. Also, it allows users to connect Ethernet capabilities of devices through the extender without running a separate cable, making it perfect for PTZ applications.
