Wavenet WL-IR9012-BK 12-Inch Universal Radius Bend

Wavenet WL-IR9012-BK is a 12-inch-wide universal radius bend for cable ladder runway. It changes a vertical cable run to a horizontal direction, or vice versa, and can be oriented as an inside or outside bend. The manufacturer drawings show a 90-degree transition.

The tubular steel side rails measure 1-1/2 x 3/8 inch with a 0.06-inch wall. Rungs use 1 x 1/2-inch tubular steel with a 0.06-inch wall. One Single Pack contains one bend.

The manufacturer describes installation using a butt-splice kit. Confirm required splice and support hardware separately. Review actual runway geometry and each cable manufacturer’s minimum bend radius before specifying the installation; no numeric bend radius or load rating is stated.
