Choose the correct crimper
This Type C tool is a distinct configuration from the 900005 tool with 900216 die. Do not substitute between them on the basis of a shared RJ45 shape or series prefix.
For C-crimp connector selection, see the Sentinel 111S08080091C34 plug. Provide the full plug part number and tool markings when requesting a matched setup.
Assembly and inspection
Follow the connector-specific preparation and termination procedure. Check conductor order, seating, jacket retention and shield contact before crimping. Inspect each finished termination and perform the pinout, short/open, shield-continuity and performance checks required for the application. A completed ratchet cycle does not certify a cable assembly.
